In autumn prime, the 2023 National Partner Joint Conference of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm (“Blossom & Credit”) was held at Hentique Resort & Spa Villa, Liyang, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province on the afternoon of October 23, 2023. A total of 69 representatives from the Head Office of Blossom & Credit and other local office partners, consulting team and support team participated in the conference to build up momentum and discuss plans to enhance the high-quality development of Blossom & Credit. At the beginning of the conference, Director Mr. Peng Youyi, delivered a speech to the conference and proposed that the main objective of the conference was to discuss how to improve the follow-up development of Blossom & Credit and do a good job in the whole of China. Director Peng said, “At present, there are 17 offices including headquarters and branches that have been and are being set up. Beijing is the headquarters, and there are 16 offices under its management, with a large scale. In less than half a year, we have quickly set up or are setting up 12 branches. The whole platform has been greatly improved in terms of management and personnel, and relevant institutional things will also follow up. Scaling it up to such a large organization would cause problems if it stayed in the original rough management mode. Therefore, the management should be refined and standardized to avoid some unnecessary troubles in the practice process. In addition, the goal of the 17 offices is not simple digitalization, but to form a unified large market with different specialties, different fields and different regions in our interior. We should optimize and integrate the resources of each office and the head office, and make them bigger and stronger in the integration to form a real resultant force.”

Next, Chen Jing, Director of Brand Marketing Department, and Gong Xiang, a specialist of IT Department, successively shared business themes on the brand publicity work and OA system use of the law firm.
Chen Jing introduced the main contents of the current Brand Marketing Department from two aspects, including the new VI system of the law firm, the establishment of a unified publicity platform and operation of the firm, and the staffing and work objectives of the brand marketing department. She said that the brand building and promotion and maintenance of a law firm is the basic work of the brand department, but the staff of the brand marketing department of the law firm also need to have the market thinking at the same time, so as to adapt to the brand management and operation and maintenance of highly integrated management in a comprehensive, meticulous, professional and timely manner. An effective content production linkage mechanism should be established throughout the country to deliver market-adapted new media content in multiple forms, which also requires our internal and external teams to be closely connected and work together more professionally.

Gong Xiang shared about the IT digital construction of Blossom & Credit. From the four aspects of mobile business, process automation, data-driven business and employee productivity, he combined with the OA system of Blossom & Credit to sort out what digital transformation construction has brought to law firms and the significance of using this system. In today's data-driven world, big data gives all businesses access to vast amounts of data. Collecting and analyzing these data through digital systems to obtain valuable business data from them is the value of enterprises pursuing digital transformation. They also closely follow the trend of the times and bring the digital information era into our work, so as to realize the digital construction of the enterprise, and reflect Blossom & Credit’s promotion concept of digital wisdom. Blossom & Credit has fully used OA system, integrating digital office and collaborative office, and moving towards the road of digital enterprise transformation. He hopes that under the orderly and correct operation of everyone, OA system can bring more convenient, efficient and high-quality office service and support to everyone.

At this conference, Blossom & Credit invited Ms. Ye Ning, a senior financial consultant in the industry, to share her expertise in the tax aspects of the lawyer industry. In view of the problems encountered in her practice for many years, Ms. Ye talked about her feelings of current tax and financial risks. She said, “after the ‘Golden Tax 4th Phase’ was launched, four changes took place: management and control change, verification method change, reporting method change, management and control principle change. Due to these changes, it is necessary to pay attention to formal compliance, tax burden rate control, personnel identity changes and other issues in the future. This year, Blossom & Credit has set up a lot of new branches this year, so it must find ways to strengthen regulations, risk control, and standardization at the beginning, and lay down a good foundation in order to avoid various problems after a period of operation.

Some time ago, the firm passed the Measures for the Management of Conflicts of Interest, which is applicable to all offices of the Blossom & Credit. At the conference, Director Peng Youyi read out the specific contents of the Measures for the Management of Conflicts of Interest. He said that the conflict of interest is a thing that must be done after Blossom & Credit has reached a certain scale. For all 16 branches and 1 headquarters, every part operates independently throughout the country, and it is inevitable to cause conflict of interest in the process of receiving business. This kind of conflict of interest is a broad concept that all kinds of conflicts of interest can exist. From the perspective of the management of the lawyer industry, the conflict of interest is not allowed. On the other hand, it involves bidding, and customer maintenance. Therefore, after the conflict of interest system is established, there will be a set of effective methods to regulate such problems.
Lawyer Li Yinwu read out the Branch Office Management Measures (Draft) at the conference, he pointed out that the premise of decomposing the work of a traditional lawyer in the original credit team (“Xinlvbang”) into three teams was that all professional lawyers and professional teams need to try their best to package their products, that is, to do product transformation. He clearly said that he would resolutely implement responsibilities, complete structure and complete system, attach importance to brand attention, and provide stable and solid support for the efficient implementation of various work of the law firm.
