Mr. LIU Weihe has profound knowledge in legal theory and rich experience in legal practices. He has instructed the team to handle nearly 10,000 civil and commercial cases. • Won in both the first instance at the Shanxi High People’s Court and the second instance at the Supreme People’s Court in DAI v. Shanghai X Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a case of execution objection with a subject matter of RMB 140 million;

• Won in both the first instance at Tianjin High People’s Court and the second instance at the Supreme People’s Court in Tianjin X Trading Center v. Tangshan X Steel Co., Ltd., a case over contract dispute with a subject matter of RMB 120 million;

X Asia-pacific Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., a case over contract dispute with the subject matter of USD 4.06 million;

• Won the case at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and successfully executed the case at Dongying Intermediate People’s Court in X Co., Ltd. of Japan v. X Industrial Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong, a case over contract dispute with the subject matter of USD 8.00 million;

• Won the case at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in X Technology Co., Ltd. of the United Kingdom v. X Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong, a case over contract dispute with a subject matter of euro 4.00 million; and

• Won the case at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in X Property Insurance Co., Ltd. v. Yunnan X Management Co., Ltd. and CAO, a case over insurance contract dispute with a subject matter of RMB 68.00 million.
