Mr. LI Yinwu joined Beijing Tiantai Law Firm in 2003. As one of the founders of credit legal services, he established the first market-oriented, corporation-like, and specialized service team - Credit Legal Department. In his career of 20 years, he used to act as the department head, senior partner of law firm, managing partner, etc. After joining Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2023, he is the managing partner of Blossom & Credit.
Practice Experience
Mr. LI Yinwu has focused on corporate credit risk management, legal advisory, and lawyer team management for over 20 years. From credit security solutions to legal advisory, from tax law to intellectual property rights, and from labor law to corporate compliance, he is dedicated to building an integrated outstanding platform in the industry to provide one-stop commercial solutions for enterprises. Starting from common disputes over purchase and sales contracts of enterprises, he provides enterprises with whole-process solutions consisting of prior risk management consulting, ongoing risk management training, and post risk handling.
Mr. LI Yinwu has abundant practical experience in team management and platform operation under the mode of one-stop integrated services, which increases the revenue of the team while achieving favorable results in converting specialized legal services into products.
