On August 27, 2023, the Jiuquan Arbitration Commission / Dunhuang Court of International Arbitration made an announcement regarding the appointment of new arbitrators. Attorneys LIU Weihe and YAN Jinxia, both partners at Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm, have been invited as arbitrators due to their exceptional expertise and outstanding performance in their respective fields.
The Jiuquan Arbitration Commission / Dunhuang Court of International Arbitration (DCIA) is a non-profit corporation (a social service organization) established and officially registered in September 2020 with the approval of judicial authorities. It primarily operates as a Civil and Commercial Arbitration Center, providing arbitration services for contract disputes and other property rights disputes among individuals, legal entities, and other organizations. Cases that are subject to arbitration will no longer be handled by the people's court. Arbitration decisions are legally enforceable in the people's court and are also recognized by 166 contracting states under the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
