Blossom & Credit’s fund business mainly includes: providing legal advice and issue legal opinions on issues concerning the establishment, filing, and operation of funds and managers thereof; providing suggestions on designing for fund raising; assisting funds in establishing the systems for lawful management, lawful decision-making, and risk control, drafting and reviewing relevant partnership agreements, custody agreements, and rules and regulations for investment decision-making and risk control; providing legal support concerning problems arising during business and tax registration and change registration of the funds; participating in negotiation for external investments of the funds at the request of clients; drafting and reviewing legal documents during the funds’ foreign investments; providing legal advice and suggestions to match invested projects with the capital market (listed companies); and participating in fund distribution and liquidation and drafting relevant documents at the request of clients.
