On the afternoon of March 2, 2023, the “Women’s Images, Shiny Charms” Celebration of “March 8” Women’s Day for Female Legal Professionals and Summary Meeting of Volunteer Services by Female Lawyers jointly organized by the Haidian District Bureau of Justice, the Haidian District Women’s Federation and the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association, Beijing was solemnly held at the Haidian District Women and Children’s Activity Center.

ZHANG Xin, Deputy Director-General of the Haidian District Bureau of Justice, ZHAI Wei, Deputy Chairman of the Haidian District Women’s Federation, ZHANG Lixia, Chairman of the Haidian District Lawyers Association, YOU Liya, Director of the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association and other leaders, members of the leading group and members of the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association, and representative female lawyers of the Haidian District attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by HE Dan, Director of the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association. WANG Nan, Deputy Chairman of the Haidian District Lawyers Association, first reported the work of the Female Lawyer Group, and then Chairman ZHANG Lixia announced the list of award winning lawyers. Lawyers WANG Yuting, WANG Yanling, JIA Xichun and WANG Lu of Blossom & Credit each received an outstanding performance award from the Female Lawyer Group of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing for the second consecutive year.

The awards reflect encouragement and recognition of our outstanding lawyers of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm. In the future, we will redouble our efforts to provide the clients with more professional and premium legal services.

WANG Yuting 

Full-time Lawyer, Director of the Department of Criminal Matters & Director of the Department of Public Benefit and Legal Aid

Ms. WANG Yuting was graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law, started practicing law in 2009, and joined Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2017. She has served as legal aid advisor for the Erlizhuang Military Cadres’ Sanitarium of Haidian District, Beijing, and is now member of the Young Lawyer Work Committee and member of the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing, municipal and district legal aid attorney, and member of the Beijing Association for the Promotion of Legal Services for Public Benefit.

 WANG Yanling

Ms. WANG Yanling is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a postgraduate degree at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Graduate School, and is now member of the All China Lawyers Association, member of the Civil Litigation Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Marriage and Family Affairs Research Committee and member of the Women Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing, partner, Director of the Department of Marriage and Family Affairs and Deputy Director of the Department of Litigation and Arbitration of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm, mediator of the Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, member of the Beijing Zhongdun Mediation Center for Disputes over Real Estate and Construction Projects, mediator of the Haidian District Pre-litigation Mediation Committee of Beijing, specially invited people’s mediator of the Haidian District People’s Court of Beijing, and people’s mediator of a number of streets and communities. She served as judge at a grass-roots people’s court for more than 10 years before joining Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2012.

JIA Xichun  Full-time Lawyer

Ms. JIA Xichun is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China, postgraduate in economic law at the Renmin University of China, member of the China Law Society, member of the All China Lawyers Association, mediator of the Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, deputy director of the Beijing Zhongdun Mediation Center for Disputes over Real Estate and Construction Projects, member of the Risk Research Society, the Youth Work Committee, the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Committee and the Publicity and Liaison Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association, mediator of the Haidian District Pre-litigation Mediation Committee of Beijing, and specially invited people’s mediator of the Haidian District People’s Court of Beijing.

WANG Lu  Full-time Lawyer

Ms. WANG Lu is a member of the Communist Party of China, was graduated from the Zhejiang University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in law, and joined Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2013. She has gained the honorary title of Outstanding Party Worker in the legal profession of Beijing.

Since practicing law, she has been engaged in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on civil, commercial and economic matters, and accumulated rich litigation experience. 

Ms. WANG Lu also has experience in the provision of non-litigation legal services, including listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations and other securities-related legal issues, and has knowledge of corporate operation and governance.

Leveraging her rich litigation and non-litigation experience, she provides companies and investors with valuable legal services in litigation, arbitration and resolution of other commercial disputes.
