Represented X Air Conditioning System (China) Co., Ltd. in a case of contract dispute with Hebei X Solar Energy Co., Ltd. Despite the insolvency of the debtor, Ms. HAN took active measures to get a judgment requiring the debtor to make payment and confirming the recovery right of the client, which safeguarded both the creditor’s rights and the property right of the client. Eventually, while retaining the advance payment, the client applied the execution procedure to take back the equipment with the value of RMB 10.00 million, hence reducing losses of the client.
Represented X Oilfield Equipment Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with Beijing X Engineering and Designing Co., Ltd. Given the counterclaim raised by the counterparty after the client initiated the lawsuit, and considering the great dispute and conflict between the parties, Ms. HAN sufficiently and fully familiarized herself with the case, sorted out relevant laws, regulations, rules, and judgment cases in a systematic manner, simplified and visualized professional issues on designing, assessment, feasibility study, construction, etc. by seeking support from experts for submission to the court, and eventually won the judgment for the court to support both the claims of the client and the request for penalty and attorney’s fees, and recovered the payment in full through execution.
Represented Hangzhou X Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with Tianjin X Machinery Co., Ltd. On the background that the project was located outside of China, and the end user failed to cooperate in and issue documents for inspection and acceptance, Ms. HAN sorted out all the documents from 2013 to 2017 when the project was completed and reviewed over 1,000 emails communicated between the parties to turn around the unfavorable situation for the client; moreover, she formulated a reasonable and practical arbitration policy by focusing on key points of the case to fully claim the rights and interests of the client, and eventually won the arbitration.
Represented a Building Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over construction contract with Tianjin X International Club Co., Ltd. In this project, the debtor failed to cooperate in completion inspection and acceptance and settlement. Ms. HAN flexibly applied non-litigation and arbitration measures, promptly and rapidly promoted arbitration proceedings to win the arbitration, and recovered the full amount despite the many execution cases faced by the debtor.
Represented X Metal (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with Heilongjiang X Logistics Co., Ltd. Despite the serious lack of evidence and poor operating conditions of the debtor, Ms. HAN combined pressure on the superior group of the debtor with litigation pressure, and took the opportunity to reach an installment payment solution with the debtor, which turned around the unfavorable condition of lack of evidence and eventually recovered full amounts for the client.
Represented Suzhou X Heating Technology Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with Henan X Aluminum Battery Co., Ltd. Despite the expiration of the period for litigation since the contract was concluded in 2006, the early retirement of the equipment, and the position change of relevant responsible persons, Ms. HAN made a painstaking investigation to find the original key responsible person and recovered full amount of the equipment for the client.
Represented Tianjin X New Materials Technology Development Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with HUANG. Despite the serious lack of evidence, lack of effective address information of the debtor, and rejection by the debtor for communication, Ms. HAN made use of multiple channels to find a clue about the operating address of the debtor, resumed communication with the debtor, and further reached a repayment plan with the debtor, so as to promote the case and recover the full amount by combining non-litigation, litigation, and execution measures.
