Mr. CHAI Qinghai, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with the degree of master of law in criminal procedural law, is a senior lawyer and partner of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm at present. After starting his practicing career in 2003, he focused on the study of military laws and regulations and solution of military related legal issues, especially legal application in civil-military integration and dispute resolution involving military real estate (published over 200 articles on such topic). Thanks to his accurate understanding of political orientation and application of legislation, he provided accurate and practical legal services for many legal disputes involving termination of paid services involving the military, and properly submitted judicial recommendations to relevant authorities, which was highly praised and trusted by the parties involved.
