Represented Beijing X New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over construction contract with Hebei X Electric Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang X New Energy Co., Ltd., X Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., and X Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. for the amount of RMB 60.00 million, in which Mr. SHI took full advantage of external creditor’s rights and equity transfer to help the client recover RMB 60.00 million.
Represented Beijing X Microelectronic Equipment Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over construction contract with China X Construction Group Shanxi X Designing Institute for the amount of RMB 10.57 million. When the construction had been completed but not inspected for acceptance, Mr. SHI improved evidence and recovered the full amount through settlement by means of arbitration and preservation.
Represented Zhejiang X Engineering Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over construction contract with Hebei X Environment Protection and Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. for the amount of RMB 9.25 million. The project involved had been actually put into use but not inspected for acceptance; Mr. SHI improved the evidence chain and negotiated with the debtor, which eventually led to a judgment favorable to the client.
Represented Beijing X New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over construction contract with Beijing X township government for the amount of RMB 2.00 million. Despite the unfavorable conditions of partially uncompleted construction, no final inspection and acceptance, and back-to-back provisions, Mr. SHI helped the client win the case in the trial of the first instance and recover partial amounts through execution settlement.
Represented Tianjin X Fire-fighting Security Co., Ltd. in the case of contract dispute with Beijing X Technology Co., Ltd. for the amount of RMB 1.80 million. In the execution after judgment of the case, a petition was submitted for bankruptcy of the debtor to push shareholders of the debtor, which eventually led to bankruptcy settlement and results satisfactory to the client.
