Mr. ZHANG Lei graduated from the Beijing University of Agriculture with a bachelor degree in law, and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a master degree in civil and commercial law. Mr. ZHANG Lei is dedicated to legal services for securities and the capital market, mainly covering corporate transformation for IPO (on the main board, ChiNext Market, STAR Market, and New Third Board), merger and restructuring by listed companies, corporate investment and financing, equity incentives, protection of intellectual property rights, and resolution of legal disputes in connection with the foregoing.
Mr. ZHANG Lei won the title of 2021 Outstanding Lawyer of Haidian District.
Mr. ZHANG Lei successfully handled the IPO of Wencan Group (603348), and provided specialized legal advisory services for listed companies including China Precious Metal (HK1194), Bothwin Investment (000760), Hifuture Technology (002168), Dongfang Precision (002611), and Mediwelcome (HK02159). Mr. ZHANG Lei led the listing of several companies on the New Third Board, including Hongchang Technology (833602), U-precision Technology (834733), CNC Group Digital Technology (870069), Hylink (837892), and Micron Optoelectronics (834148). Mr. ZHANG Lei led the public offering of bonds by China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd. in 2016 and 2018, and the public offering of convertible bonds by Wencan Group in 2019.
Mr. ZHANG Lei used to act as the specialized investment advisor to government guidance funds at the levels of Beijing and Haidian District, led investment projects with the total amount of over RMB 1.0 billion, acted as the permanent legal advisor to the financial authority of Haidian District government, and participated in the supervision, administration, and research of the financing guarantee, micro loans, Internet financial, and other industries.
